Johor executive councillor hospitalised after monkey incident


JOHOR BARU: A state executive councillor has been hospitalised after his driver crashed the car into a stationary vehicle while trying to avoid monkeys crossing the road.

Mersing OCPD Deputy Supt Mohd Nor Rashid said state religious committee chairman Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman was on his way to Endau, Mersing, to distribute the RM100 school aid when the incident occurred along Sg Ambat at 8.45am.
