KOTA BARU: Barisan Nasional leaders in Kelantan are upbeat about the prospects of wresting the state government from PAS following a pledge by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to undertake seven major projects if it gets the people's mandate.
The projects include a highway linking Kota Baru and Kuala Krai, a spanking new stadium and an end to the state's water woes.
