MALACCA: The State Commercial Crime Department has placed an “admiral” of the United States Navy high on its wanted list following a fraudulent case involving a 60-year-old housewife.
Malacca Commercial Crimes chief Superintendent Soh Hock Sing said the admiral was being sought to facilitate police investigation into the “African scam” that targeted those surfing social media sourcing for business opportunities and new friends.
