KUALA LUMPUR: The defence has applied to strike out two criminal breach of trust charges involving almost RM50mil against National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail.
The application was filed yesterday when the case was mentioned before Sessions Court Judge S.M. Komathy Suppiah in chambers in the presence of all parties.
