KULIM: Seven churches in Kedah received RM200,000 from the Federal Government in conjunction with the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Kedah MIC liaison chief S. Ananthan said the contribution was channelled through Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk G. Palanivel, who is also MIC president.
