KUALA LUMPUR: There was a “one in a million” chance of a landslide occuring at the site in Bukit Setiawangsa, according to Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (Rehda) president Datuk Seri Michael Yam.
He added that the sudden collapse of the concrete wall could have been caused by several factors, including exceptional amounts of rainfall.
