Bkt Setiawangsa landslip: Unsuitable slope protection method the likely cause, says expert


KUALA LUMPUR: The Bukit Setiawangsa landslip was most likely caused by the unsuitable slope protection method used for the hill, says an expert.

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia science and technology faculty geology programme Associate Prof Dr Tajul Anuar Jamaluddin said the wall used to protect the slope was known as a "shotcrete" wall which prevents water from entering the soil.
