KUALA LUMPUR: Former president of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, Tan Sri Lim Guan Teik was awarded RM200,000 in damages in a defamation suit against businessman Tan Kai Hee.
High Court judge Justice Lau Bee Lan also found Tan liable for defamation and awarded another RM100,000 in costs here Thursday.
