PUTRAJAYA: Businesses are misleading consumers with their ‘No Refund’ and ‘Goods Sold Are Not Returnable’ notices, said Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consu-merism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
He said displaying such disclaimer notices in business premises, besides being misleading, was also bad business practice.
