Chinese schools will stay, Muhyiddin reiterates

SERI KEMBANGAN: Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin Friday reiterated his assurance that Chinese schools will stay and the Barisan Nasional government will continue to assist in their development.

Muhyiddin, who is also the Education Minister, said the Barisan government would continue to assist the national-type Chinese schools based on the real needs of the Chinese community.
