KUALA LUMPUR: Federal police despatched a team of officers to Lebanon Thursday morning to obtain information from two Malaysians arrested in Beirut on Oct 18 for suspected involvement with the Al-Qaeda terrorist group.
The team is expected to meet with Malaysian Embassy officials in Lebanon to be briefed on the charges against Razif Mohamad Ariffin, 28, and Mohamad Razin Shahar Mustapha Kamal, 21.
