KUALA LUMPUR: A despatch rider, claiming to be overwhelmed by life and work pressure, sent a threatening voicemail to a British High Commission consular officer three months ago.
Mohd Roslan Ahmad, 46, was charged with criminally intimidating Joanne Low, 31, by leaving a message via a handphone to a voicemail box at Low’s fixed line by saying, “watch out for terrorist attack”.
