Two sought over murder cases in Kulaijaya

KULAIJAYA: The police are looking for a woman and a man in connection with two murder cases here.

The victims in both cases an estate security guard and a Chinese national married to a local man died due to heavy blows to their head with a blunt object.

Kulaijaya OCPD Supt Zulkefly Yahya said the police were seeking the help of a woman who used to work as a restaurant worker to solve the case involving the guard.

The 31-year-old victim, who was not named, was found dead at a house in Ayer Bemban near here at around 1am on Sept 20.

The police are looking for one Muslimah Jazuli, 41, whose last known address is 5, Jalan Melor 2, Taman Oren, Ulu Tiram.

In the other case, Chinese national Yang Li-Na, 38, died at a hospital here after her husband allegedly found her nursing a bleeding head in front of a house in Taman Indahpura on Oct 8.

“The husband sent the victim to the hospital but later disappeared,” said Supt Zulkefly. The police are looking for self-employed Chen Wai Hin, 43, whose last known address is 86, Jalan Sri Putri 1/4, Taman Putri.
