Criminal who shot two cops killed in gunfire exchange with police

MACHANG: A wanted criminal who shot two policemen within 48 hours and abducted a baby was killed in a gunfire exchange with the police.

Zawa Abdul Halim, believed to be the ringleader of 15 armed robberies and drug-trafficking cases, was shot dead along KM45 Jalan Machang-Kuala Krai at 7.30am on Wednesday.
