SITIAWAN: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha has slammed a PKR assemblyman in Perak who announced that he would “defy” seven traffic summonses issued to him under the Automated Enforcement System (AES).
He said the assemblyman had disregarded the law and set a bad example to the people.
