JOHOR BARU: Six housewives used their EPF savings to sign up for packages to perform the umrah in Mecca after being convinced by an ustaz that it was cheaper.
They also asked their husbands for more money when told that they needed to pay RM1,100 for a membership fee and another RM400 because the trip was supposed to be in May and close to the school holidays.
