KUALA LUMPUR: Dr Mohd Khir Toyo has apologised to Selangor executive councillor Ronnie Liu to settle a defamation suit against him for implying that the latter was involved in immoral activities.
The former Selangor Mentri Besar read out a statement of apology in English and Bahasa Malaysia to Liu in the High Court yesterday.
