KUALA LUMPUR: Timber tycoon Michael Chia was never arrested in Hong Kong over the alleged smuggling of about RM40mil, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz.
He said the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) had never arrested the businessman who was linked to a corruption allegation involving Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman.
