HULU LANGAT: The Selangor government's proposal to use membrane technology to solve the state's water shortage problem has been dismissed as "not viable".
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said Monday the technology was not only "costly" but it would also fail to increase water supply.
