Problem of foreign students involved in crime under control

THE problem of foreign students involved in criminal activities here is still under control, said the Higher Education Ministry.

Its Deputy Minister Datuk Dr Hou Kok Chung told the Dewan Rakyat that based on police statistics, there were 224 cases of foreign students, with valid student passes, being nabbed for committing various crimes last year.
