PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has granted leave without costs for a group of 118 Jakun residents to challenge an eviction notice issued by the Mersing District Land Administrator.
Yesterday, a three-man panel, led by Justice Abu Samah Nordin, made the decision on grounds that the eviction notice dated Jan 17 by the land administrator could be challenged.
