KUALA LUMPUR: Starting Oct 1, all public officers who want to make personal visits overseas must get an approval from the Chief Secretary to the Government or the secretary-general of their respective ministries.
The matter is stated in the General Circular No 3/2012 issued by the Prime Minister's Department in a bid to improve the public service delivery system.
