A STRONG family institution is the best answer to tackle social problems among youths although the Government has taken several measures to deal with their involvement in drugs, alcohol, gambling and cyber crimes.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that among the initiatives taken was the setting up of the Kuala Lumpur Crash Pad in Chow Kit — a safe haven for youth between 13 and 21 who live in the area.
