SERDANG: Six non-governmental organisations (NGO) have voiced disappointment that Budget 2013 did not have a specific allocation for programmes to eradicate social problems among the young.
All the NGOs involved in managing halfway homes for troubled youngsters said they needed proper financial allocations to carry out their work.
