IPOH: A man and his brother-in-law who killed their relative during a heated moment have been sentenced to 10 years’ jail after pleading guilty to an amended charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
High Court judge Teo Say Eng delivered the verdict after hearing the mitigation of F. Robert, 28, and A. Stephen, 37, both represented by counsel E. Gnasegaran.
