KUALA LUMPUR: The case of three men charged with kidnapping 12-year-old Dutch national Nayati Shamelin Moodliar has been transferred to the High Court.
Magistrate Erry Shahriman Nor Aripin made the order after deputy public prosecutor S. Malini Anne informed the court that she had received all documents pertaining to the case, including the CCTV report.
