THE Education Ministry approved the promotion of 30,335 non-graduate teachers between 2005 and Sept 11 this year.
Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said the ministry had received a warrant to promote Diploma Level Education Service Officers (PPPLD) to Grade 41 by the Board of Promotion of Education Officers (LKPPP).
