MILAN: It's not a glob of paint. It's not a random spray of colours either. It is art. Fluid art, that is.

In a bid to engage people all over the world in their centenary celebrations, Petronas Lubricants International (PLI) has invented Fluid Art Movement, described as the world's first online digital fluid art gallery.
