KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney General Chambers has ordered the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) to investigate further the accounts and other related offences under the Companies Act 1965 allegedly committed by Suara Rakyat Malaysia (Suaram) and Suara Initiatif Sdn Bhd.
Deputy Solicitor-General II Datuk Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah confirmed that the investigation papers (IPs) submitted by CCM was incomplete for the AGC to draft the charges.
