KUALA LUMPUR: Animal welfare groups are all prepared to highlight the plight of stray animals to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Representatives from the group will have the opportunity to reach out to Najib in a special meeting organised by National Institute of Public Administration (Intan) sometime this month.
