BUTTERWORTH: A datuk told a Sessions Court here that after he wrote a letter to the attention of Hasbie Satar, a university sped up the issuance of a letter of intent (LOI) for a project that his company was to undertake.
Zambina Wawasan Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Izham Omar Merican said he had earlier waited for almost a year for Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) to issue the LOI to design and build its Advanced Medical and Dental Institute building in Penang.
