SANDAKAN: The favourite number 11 is playing in the mind of Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak as he gave a broad hint that elections could be held by year-end, possibly November.
Though not coming out right with a clear indication, the Prime Minister said this year was as unique as 11 and many events marking the year.
