KUALA LUMPUR: The police are liaising with Garmin GPS Malaysia to tackle vehicle thefts via the global positioning system (GPS).
Federal Criminal Investigation Department director Datuk Mohd Bakri Mohd Zinin said the task of tackling vehicle thefts, which was previously the responsibility of the force, was now shared with corporate firms like Garmin.
