KOTA BARU: The Kelantan Umno Liaison Body will step up efforts to explain to the people about the setting up of the special committee to carry out a fair and transparent study on the issue of cash payment from the petroleum revenue paid to the east coast states of Peninsular Malaysia.
Kelantan Umno chairman Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said the explanation was crucial because there were certain parties who were giving a wrong picture aimed at confusing the people about the formation of the special committee.
