PETALING JAYA: The number of vehicles on the East Coast Highway Phase 1 (LPT1) is expected to triple during the Hari Raya holidays while the North-South Expressway (NSE) will see a 30% increase in traffic, said Works Minister Datuk Seri Shaziman Abu Mansor.
He said the number of vehicles on the LPT1 was expected to increase up to 130,000 a day from the average 32,843, making it nearly a 295% increase.
