UPM 1st M’sian varsity to get prestigious business accreditation


SERDANG: Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has become the first Malaysian higher education institute to receive the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation.

According to UPM vice-chancellor Datuk Radin Umar Radin Sohadi, all the business programmes in the university underwent scrutiny and had to fulfil 21 criteria before the university was given one of the "most prestigious recognitions".
