PETALING JAYA: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek has slammed Pakatan Rakyat leaders for making populist policies without properly explaining how they plan to implement them.
In responding to the latest pledge by Pakatan which offered to slash car taxes, Dr Chua said no one had given a concrete explanation on how they could deliver this promise.
