PETALING JAYA: The Federal Government will implement the Langat 2 water treatment plant project through an open tender and all qualified companies can vie for it.
The Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry, which disclosed this, said Selangor's state subsidiaries were welcomed to participate in the tender exercise after it was advertised.
