KUALA TERENGGANU: The Ministry of Higher Education will offer 1,246 places to matriculation and form six students with over 2.8 Grade Point Average (GPA) to enter public universities but the students do not get to pick the courses.
Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the offer was being made because certain courses were available at 20 public universities nationwide.
