MyKomuter to increase ridership

KUALA LUMPUR: The Transport Ministry aims to increase the daily ridership for the Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd’s (KTMB) MyKomuter train services to 130,000 passengers by the end of this year, following the arrival of 13 new sets of six-car trains, which will be fully operational by the end of next month.

Its Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said the advance train sets were still being tested and would be cleared for operations in stages.
