KLANG: A traffic policeman claimed trial at a magistrates court here for negligently causing the death of his colleague who died in a roadblock last month.
Kpl Mohd Sedi Mat, 51, was accused of causing the death of Kpl Mustaghni Tabri, 48, by a rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide at Jalan Lingkungan, Kampung Raja Uda in Port Klang at 1.45am on June 3.
