PUTRAJAYA: The Government will need all the help it can get from NGOs and other groups to increase the number of non-bumiputras in the public sector, said Public Service Commission (PSC) chairman Tan Sri Mahmood Adam.
The Government is working hard to revamp its recruitment system to be more uniform and transparent, but it would not do much to increase the number of non-bumiputras in the civil service if they do not apply to join in the first place, he said.
