PETALING JAYA: The National Water Services Commission (SPAN) has directed concessionaire Syabas to submit a detailed proposal on how it plans to carry out rationing in several parts of the Klang Valley.
The commission received a letter from the company on Tuesday, requesting permission to carry out rationing following an acute shortage of treated water.
