KUALA LUMPUR: An audit on the usage of Bahasa Melayu will be conducted in six sectors of the public service next year.
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who announced this during the launch of the Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka Strategic Action Plan 2011-2015, said the audit was part of the action plan to increase the use and mastery of the national language, particularly among civil servants.
