MALACCA: Four suspects, believed to be part of a snatch theft gang preying on women and foreigners were detained by police here on Monday.
With the arrest, police believe they have solved the case of clerk Tan Mui Choo, 35, who died on Monday after suffering head injuries during a snatch-theft incident on July 7.
