KUALA LUMPUR: The Housing and Local Government Ministry is in the final stages of preparing guidelines on planning construction of car parks for business premises and shopping malls to provide a better security system, the Dewan Negara was told.
Minister Datuk Seri Chor Chee Heung said the Government was also in the process of improving by-laws governing car parks in commercial zones to provide better protection for the public.
