GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) should review the ongoing controversial hillslope projects instead of blaming the previous state government, Penang PPP chairman Datuk Dr Loga Bala Mohan said.
He said the local authorities, including MPPP, should be pro-active by issuing temporary stop work orders when dealing with questionable development such as the 19 projects which exceeded the 76m height limit.
