KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has challenged the Selangor government to explain a RM1bil questionable deal with debt-ridden Talam Corporation.
MCA Young Professionals Bureau chief Datuk Chua Tee Yong said that instead of recovering a RM392mil debt from Talam, the state bought an additional RM284mil worth of assets from the company.
