Egyptian held over ATM heist


KUALA LUMPUR,: An Egyptian man has been detained over the RM1.17mil heist from four automated teller machines (ATM) at a hypermarket in Wangsa Maju.

Kuala Lumpur deputy CID chief ACP Khairi Ahrasa said the 31-year-old was detained at 10am yesterday at his workplace in one of the shops in the hypermarket.
