A consultant linked to NFC hit with cheating charges


KUALA LUMPUR: The CEO of a consultancy company embroiled in the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) issue was slapped with four separate cheating charges amounting to RM1.755mil, in a Sessions Court here on Tuesday.

Datuk Shamsubahrin Ismail, 45, (pic) who had earlier been charged with duping NFC director Datuk Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail into handing over RM1.755mil in cheques to him, had the charge amended into four separate charges to reflect each cheque given to him.
